McHi Wrestling 2nd Annual Invictus Camp

This camp is purposefully designed to challenge our athletes on a mental and physical level as well as incorporating proper drilling and techniques to improve their wrestling skill set. It is a high intensity strength and conditioning camp. Although frequent water breaks and rest will be provided for all athletes,

***Wrestlers are encouraged to bring their own gallon of water, healthy snacks, mat shoes/socks and extra clothes to change into for the workouts***
