Congratulations to McHi’s Culinary student Samantha Campbell for placing 1st in Baking and Pastry and Education and Training student Camila De La Fuente for placing 4th in Early Childhood Education at FCCLA’s Region V Competition and Conference in Corpus Christi. Both students will be competing at State competition in April. The McHi FCCLA organization is under the direction of Laurie Rodriguez.
