For the main login (Clever), the password can be reset by the teacher or student at the following web site:

At this web page, the student or teacher may click on "Reset Password" and answer a series of questions to verify identity - then enter a new password. Please wait 3-5 minutes after changing the password before having the student try the new password. If the new password doesn't seem to work, have them wait another few minutes. If the student has never before logged in, they will need to "Claim Account" before resetting password.

Regarding Skyward logins, students are to be instructed to click on "Forgot your Login/Password," and then after approximately 5 minutes, they should receive a link for resetting their Skyward password in their district e-mail.
